Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless required otherwise by law, your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Subscription fees are charged for access to the paid plan during the billing period. We do not currently plan to charge usage overages automatically; if you reach a plan limit, the applicable metered action stops until the allowance resets or the plan changes.

Except where required by applicable law, completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the paid billing period has started. This includes unused allowance remaining after cancellation.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or could not access paid features because of a confirmed service-side billing problem, contact support promptly. We will review billing-error requests individually and issue corrections or refunds where appropriate.

Polar acts as merchant of record for paid checkout and handles payment processing, applicable tax collection, and eligible refunds. Its checkout shows the final tax, currency, and payment-method information before you authorize a transaction.

Nothing in this policy removes refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or consumer rights that apply mandatorily in your jurisdiction.

Contact support@queryveri.com and include the email used for your Queryveri account plus enough transaction detail for us to locate the payment. Never send full card details.
